This volume pedal performs identically to Model #H-120 except that it has a lower profile. This is a big help to those of you needing more room underneath your steel guitar. 

Made of heavy aluminum, this pedal will withstand years of use and abuse. Its rugged construction insures the pedal will stay in place, having a substantial feel under your foot. Its treadle movement is quiet and smooth, and will stay true to where the level is should you take your foot off the pedal.

Returns - We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.  We do not accept returns of opened or installed items, or where an installation has been attempted.  Returned items must be in brand new, mint condition with all of the original parts and packaging intact and unmodified.  A 10% minimum restocking fee may apply to your returns and shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund due. 

Shipping USA - We ship First-Class Mail USPS.  Delivery to your location is 2 to 5 days.  Delivery times are reliable, but not guaranteed.

Shipping International - USPS First Class Mail International delivery time is about 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, and 3 to 5 weeks to most other countries (where available), depending on time spent in Customs.  IMPORTANT...If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us before purchasing this item.  We ship very quickly and cannot make changes to your order after the order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY TAXES, DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. Instructions - Please use the ENGLISH version of your shipping address and include a local phone number for the shipper in case they have any questions about your delivery.  You will receive a tracking number from Paypal once the shipping label has been printed.  If you have not received your package after three weeks, please contact your local Customs office or local Postal Service for delivery information.  Packages returned to us marked refused, unclaimed or undeliverable are subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs are not refundable.

Warranty for USA-  The products we sell are brand new and covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  We do not perform warranty repairs -- all warranty service and replacement is performed by the manufacturer.  Buyer should contact the manufacturer of the product for warranty service during the warranty period.

International Warranty- When an item is shipped outside of the United States, it is covered by the U.S. warranty only and must be serviced in the United States.  If the product is defective it must be sent back to us upon arrival, as they may have been damaged in transit or during installation.  You (buyer) are responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any items
