Payment Policy

1. If you buy a turbocharger, then additional to the turbocharger price, you will need to transfer the deposit to our PayPal account. We will dispatch the turbocharger only after the surcharge is transferred. The deposit will be refunded after we receive your old unit (the same type, complete, in as removed from the engine condition, not opened). In some cases and with our consent we can ship without taking the deposit but then you agree for charging you with the price of the deposit if we don't receive the old unit within 14 days.
2. International Customers please ask for a shipping quote before you purchase, we do ship worldwide, shipping quotes will be based on weight/size/destination and value of item.
3. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Shipping Policy

1. We only could ship to the address that's stated on your PayPal account as the shipping address unless the correct address was stated on the PayPal notes section.
2. We are not repsonsible for any changes to address after item has been shipped. We are not repsonsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Customer assumes shipping charges incurred in shipping to undeliverable address. Please be aware that if you wish to cancel your order once it has been dispatched you will be refunded minus any postage costs. The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!
3. We are not repsonsible for delays caused by our courier, or by International Customs Inspections, or by Custom procedures.
4. We do not offer local pick-ups. Items may not always be in stokc. If an item runs out of stokc, the item can be shipped directly from our affiliate or from our supplier.
5. Tracking numbers are also available upon request. Contact us or leave a message through the eBay message system.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. We happily adhere to the distance selling regulations giving our customers 14 days from receipt to return products for any reason for a refund as long as they are in unchanged condition, unused, never installed and in original packaging. Otherwise a 25% restocking fees will be charged. Electrical parts cannot be returned in any case whatsoever.
2. All return requests must be submitted through your eBay account. If your order is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel. You will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue within a eBay message. We will be unable to further process the return until we have received this.
3. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note this applies even where the product is listed with P&P as ‘free’. The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!
4. For exchanges if an item is purchased incorrectly, the buyer must return the item and pay for a reshipping fee in order to ship out a new item.
5. We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund. We cannot be held repsonsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage. If any part is received back in an abused/neglected and or dirty state or with no regard to protect it during transit we will simply return the part back to you.
