The G3C 135w is very effective for compact grow environments where heat build up must be avoided. The G3C LED range provides maximum PAR (Photo synthetically Active Radiation) values and coverage whilst providing a full spectrum of intense light for total penetration into dense plant canopies. Each LED grow light has three programmable LED channels for vegetation, growth & flowering phases. When used with the wireless smart controller (sold separately) the grower can utilise the pre-programmed light cycles for clones (and mother plants), vegetative, rapid growth & flowering plants. There is no need to adjust time switches during the various stages of the plants life, in fact there is no need for time switches at all, as the light cycles are changed at the touch of a button.
The effectiveness of the G3C range all starts with the Printed Circuit Board (PCB). The PCB is the electrical “board” on which the CREE LED’s are mounted. The construction of the PCB in the G3C range is a high tech aluminium alloy. When compared to fibreglass PCB’s used in other LED grow lights the big advantage is the superior heat dissipation qualities of the aluminium alloy. The G3C range is able to dissipate heat more effectively, allowing the LED’s to operate at higher efficiencies, run at cooler temperatures and produce a higher light output, which ultimately results in greater yields.
The aluminium PCB is then coupled to an advanced frame and housing design. This new housing is a combination of aluminium alloy and high strength plastic. The aluminium alloy is able to act as a bigger heat sink, and allows the CREE LED units to operate at cooler temperatures. The G3C range also features advanced design cooling fans, higher quality, higher performance units that are quieter and more reliable than those found in other LED grow lights.
