Easy to fit. It takes you about 50 mins. This comes complete with nylon lacing cord, swing needle and detailed illustrated instructions. It does not come ready to slip over a steering wheel. You need to put the cover on the steering wheel and sew it on. Please note the leather cover will not cover the spokes. If your steering wheel has got 4 spokes you need to divide the thread into 4 proportional pieces ( if your steering wheel has got 3 spokes you need to divide the thread into 3 proportional pieces) and sew it on.
