What happens if I have not received my goods?
We have to wait 15 working days until an item is classed as lost by Royal Mail, after the duration of 15 working days and still no receipt of goods please contact us. We will endavour to respond within 1 working day. Our procedure is to send a short form and we ask you to complete this and send back to us in compliance with Royal Mail. Once we have received the form which has been signed and dated, we are then able to send you out a replacement / refund
