Description

In order to bypass the factory-side throttle in the ignition system, Malossi offers a complete ignition system consisting of ignition coil and control unit for scooter models with Piaggio engine without immobilizer. The components are simply exchanged for the original vehicle parts and thus enable an optimum ignition time up to approx. 20,000 rpm. The ignition timing and control have been specifically adapted to the respective engines by Malossi. The ignition voltage at the spark plug is 35,000V - 50,000V, thus permitting a sufficient spark under any engine conditions.
