Are items where items over 2 Kilos, or where stated in the listing. Our couriers are Parcelforce Worldwide. Insurance is inclusive in all courier shipments. If Parcelforce are unable to deliver, the package will be left at your nearest local Post Office or returned to your local Parcelforce depot for collection.
