Item:401238743159Antique silver teaspoon King Edward VIII coronation 1937 blue enamel RARE 4 5/8". Thanks for checking.................. Trying to downsize........ this tea spoon is a family souvenir of the presumed coronation of King Edward VIII who was never actually crowned since he abdicated ("for the woman I love"). It is 4 5/8" long - sterling silver. The hallmarks are: JW&? in an oval shape - A in a square shape - a lion's face ? in a square shape and then a full lion in a square shape, this lion is facing forward. The middle of the spoon handle on the back side is "R o 815383" - unable to photograph this number very well (photo#6)). The royal blue handle seems to be enamel - not sure. CONDITION: Used lightly. Minimal surface wear - no scratches, stains, rough edges or thin wear. I am British (and senior) - my American children don't want it!!! Hopefully someone will appreciate the history. Questions - just ask
Condition:Used
Condition:Used - very good condition - smooth edges. minimal wear.
