MEASUREMENTS:  27"L    X   23"W Condition is good/fair but reuseable for a pillow, frame or design.  There are frayed holes along side edges where I'm guessing it was  removed from a chair back.  The fabric was woven on a jacquard loom in a stunningly grand large scale medallion/frame French design.   Fabric content is a wool-linen-cotton-silk mix.  Silk is the smallest content.  It also has a slight metallic thread running through the design.   The fabric does not have a glint or shine to it.  There are worn spots on the deep red burgundy parts on lower right hand side.  Originally  there was a beautiful royal robin's egg dye that has mostly faded but can still be seen in the top area of the frame.  That beautiful blue dye  is mostly worn or faded out but is delightful to stilll be able to catch a glimpse of it within the pattern.
