UNCONDITIONAL 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE :

If you are not satisfied with any item you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full (less shipping charges) for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping paid by buyer.

PAYMENT :

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase.

SALES TAX :

9.75% sales tax for items delivered to or picked up from our warehouse in IL. Items picked up by licensed shippers who provide a bill of lading or pickup receipt for an out of state delivery address are exempt from sales tax in IL.

DAMAGE CLAIMS :

We take packing very seriously and pack each item very carefully with professional materials. Despite our noble efforts our packages are on rare occasion subjected to unreasonable force (forklifts, falling pianos, etc) and damage occurs. In the unfortunate and rare occurrence of shipping damage please notify us immediately and follow the claims process directions below. Items damaged in transit are not returnable until notified the claims process is complete.

YOU MUST REPORT DAMAGES WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE!!

Concealed Damage - Allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during the insured transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 16 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered.

KEEP ALL PACKAGING!!

All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.

MISSING PARCELS – non-delivery. Please contact us if you think your parcel has not arrived in a timely manner.

If the claim is for loss the Insured must wait 21 calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (International shipments) before filing claim.

Shippers/insurers will request digital photos of the PACKAGE, the PACKING MATERIALS and the DAMAGED ITEM. Throwing them away can void the claim.

International Buyers Please Note, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
