We inspect each rhizome and ship the best quality possible. In some cases of a rhizome not arriving in good condition we may refund or resend however shipping is not refundable and will be charge again on any reshipment.

Shipping and handling fees will be $5.50 for 1 to 10 rhizomes, shipped via First Cass Mail. Combined shipping is 25 cent per additional package of rhizomes. International shipping is available for rhizomes. Please contact us for international shipping charges.  International buyers must agree to take full responsible of shipping. I cannot be responsible for postal services or customs holding or rejecting rhizomes in shipment.  International packages could be in transit up to four weeks. I do not sell to International buyer with no feedbacks.
