We partner with most of the major manufacturers to provide full software and hardware support.

Refurbishment - As well as providing a vast array of refurbished equipment with prices up to 90% off RRP and warranties of up to 12 months, we are also able to remanufacture, test and re-warranty equipment on your behalf.

Repair - Need an item repaired then contact us for a repair quote. Once repaired we will fully refurbish and re-warranty the equipment for you. In the unlikely event that we cannot repair your item, you will not be charged.

New Items :

These are brand new products. They have not been opened. They come with the manufacturers or suppliers own warranty. Exact warranty periods will be described next to the product listing.

'New Other' Items :

These are New products which have been opened but not used (except for testing purposes), they may have damaged packaging. They are sold with our own 12 month warranty. The exact condition of the product will be described next to the product listing.

Used Products :

Tested and defaulted whenever possible. Exact cosmetic condition, included accessories and warranty period will be listed on individual product listing page

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. Our used products come with a 1 month warranty. We provide a ?return to base? warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed.
You may also choose to take out an extended warranty with the manufacturer where available. In the case of new products, where the manufacturer offers a different warranty period/terms, the manufacturer?s warranty will take precedence. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

Please also note:

Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.

Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.

Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.

If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.

If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.
