An antique "Old Maid" card game with original box. I think they are Roberts Brothers Ltd. Gloucester Glevum brand. There are 25 cards - 1 Old Maid, 6 fishing, 6 cricketing, 6 footballing and 6 tennis. I think it is a complete set as the box is full.  Going by the dress code they look Edwardian but I think they actually date from the 1940s. The box has one tear on one side - see photos - otherwise in good condition for its age . The cards themselves are in very good condition for their age. They are very thick by today's standards - almost a millimetre thick and made of a type of thin cardboard. They are also in good condition for their age.
