Collection

Please note: Collection in person is available from our warehouse Monday to Friday between 9.00am & 4.00pm after purchase. If you wish to collect your item please let us know by sending us a message via eBay.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days, if you change your mind then please email us to let us know straight away.

Buyers are responsible for return cost of the item in all cases.

Refunds

If for any reason the courier has lost your parcel and there was NO sign of delivery after 14 working days then we can issue a refund or send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that we cannot deal with any refund issue or send a replacement before the 14 working days has finished, we will also require a full statement from you (the buyer) stating that you have NOT received your item. This is nothing to do with us, it's the courier's procedure and we have to comply.

Damaged upon receipt: please do not sign for before checking your package well if it is damaged then refuse delivery,  damaged parcels will be dealt with immediately, we will need your cooperation to send us proof, such as clear photos showing the damaged parts, we will then confirm it with the courier and send you a replacement then we will make a claim to recover our losses.

The courier company in both cases (no delivery or damaged upon receipt) might contact you to confirm the incident, so your co-operation is much appreciated.

The Large 6x2ft Banner is designed for outdoor use, It is fully waterproof and comes with Hems and eyelets as standard. It is Banner material NOT paper or thin plastic but a proper outdoor banner. it is printed on our printer designed for outdoor banners making the print fully waterproof.   All our paper Banners are printed on 100gsm Xerox Matt coated  paper for the  fantastic  profession finish you deserve!. Our paper is not see through like other cheaper paper. All our banners are posted rolled up in special postal tubes for protection   FREE OF  CHARGE   w ith Royal Mail.

We do not fold banners as this will create creases across the banner which can cause damage to the printed face.
