General Shipping Policies
We can only ship to a verified address.
We cannot ship To: P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or any forwarding agent (Aramex and such). We ship only directly to buyers. We will ship only to a customer’s own private shipping address.
Packages of value higher than $250 require a signature upon delivery.
We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days.
This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.
Please call us and speak with a representative if you need your package to be shipped faster.
The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).
You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item.
We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address.
We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier. The carrier will arrive at the ship-to address and you will have to sign for the package. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect.
