The followings are something that you have heard somewhere but that you have never experienced. When you choose DOVAL, you will meet another world like the followings. One certain thing is that you might be confused when you contact the followings along with DOVAL. That is because a lot of knowledge about bicycles that you have known is either lie or business skill. 1. Regarding OCP Variation.. "OCP(Optimum Chainring Position) that suits you exists." However, the variation of OCP promises you growth.  Therefore, keep changing OCP. You can even change on a daily basis. (DO NOT forget Loctite243)

Of course, you have to choose OCP that suits you the most in contests or long distance riding. OCP(Optimum Chainring Position) is angle variation of oval chainring, and if the range of angle's variation exceeds 3 degree, the saddle moves for 5 mm. Therefore, variation of over 3 degree is insignificant level. Angle variation of oval chanring should change according to the position of the handle, saddle, BB and the rear wheel. Otherwise, the effect of oval chanring decrease drastically. Especially, chainring of MTB is 26, 27.5, 29inch, whose rear wheel size is changing. The optimal position has to be decided according to angle variation of oval chainring. 2. Regarding change of Ovality... as the riding resistance is lower, higher ovality is better.(uphill, crosswind, off-road, low pressure of tire) High ovality can produce a large output easily because the dead spot resistance gets low, but you can get tired easily due to exhaustion of energy(muscle glycogen) That's why high-ovality is the excellent choice for training purpose. On the other hand, high-ovality is poor with mechanical property such as change of speed and durability. In case of low-ovality, it is hard to meet the condition of the optimal cadence due to increased dead spot resistance. This pedaling obstacle(dead spot) that is highlighted at the circular chainring is limited with overtraining, so fatigue can be decreased in the long distance riding. In addition, mechanical properties such as change of speed and durability get better. 3. Regarding increase of speed... DOVAL enables you to increase speed easily on the flat areas and hill sides. However, when you ride over 100 km, you can feel extreme fatigue.  That's why average speed can decrease in long distance riding.  Therefore, it requires a certain amount of adjustment period, and when the period is reached, average speed is increased and growth condition of body muscles is completed. 4. Regarding adjustment period... The adjustment of DOVAL can be over 3 months. DOVAL that made four limb-animals' leg joints optimal requires humans that walk upright to use different muscles from those that they used before.  Thus, DOVAL secures the highest stability on the knees and the lower back. However, due to lack of energy(muscle triglycerides) in the muscles that weren't used, you can get easily tired during adjustment period. 5. Regarding intake of sugar... You have to take in about 30~50g of a monosaccharide(glucose) within 20 minutes after early DOVAL riding. You don't need to take in protein in this period. The most economical and effective thing is sugar, so do not forget to eat it.  Otherwise, you will struggle from serious drowsiness and fatigue for a while. In Korea, we give 200g of glucose powders to all customers to notice about it.

There are only two exercises that humans don't feel inconvenience and maladjustment of joints before they reach lack of energy. "Swimming and  Cycling with DOVAL" 6. Regarding change of pedaling... "First, try standing riding." Fatigue of front legs that occurs at the circle decreases, and resistance on the gluteus and quadriceps muscle of thigh will be felt. First, check the balance of quadriceps muscle of thigh, gluteus and hamstring. Second, confirm that the pedaling section becomes twice longer. Pedaling resistance section can be divided into the long and stable pedaling section. In other words, various pedaling change such as kicking, pressing, spinning and rolling up can make leg muscles concentrated or fatigue distributed.

7. Regarding cruising(main) gear ratio... In road cycling, the most serious problem that normal people (less than average 33km/h) not professionals experiences is that they can't adjust the optimal gear ratio in their flat land cruising while they use 11-speed(16T existence) system. At front 50 and rear 19 of cadence 90, cruising is only 30km/h. At this time, during a slight increase of speed and decrease of speed, the speed for change is +-3km/h.  Accessing less than +-2km/h means decreasing to 16t. Then, it means that outer chainring should be decreased by about 8% from 50 to 46. The reason why this is a serious matter is that DOVAL lowers high cadence and raises low cadence, so it keeps stable cadence.  Thus, if you are not as good as cyclists (average speed 40km/h), your outer chainring should be smaller than the ones that cyclists use by more than 10%.  Then, you can utilize dense section at the sprocket of 15-16-17 by being seated at 16T. Currently, 52T combination of outer chainring is most selling at abroad market. This is very wrong.  Considering road bike market where this kind of information can't be applied, there must be no science in this field.

8. Regarding MGLR Glide... Even though the oval chainring in cycling has existed for a long time, and several cyclists made excellent records, why the oval chainring hasn't been popular yet? The answer is simple. It is shifting. If you understand the shifting system of the existing oval chainring, the oval chainring can be applied with any other systems. The change of curvature, size and OCP causes change of distance between Outer - Inner chainring during shifting. In addition, gap changes of front derailleur and chainring occur periodically. That's why the oval chainring appears a lot on the MTB single chainring that does not need shifting during riding.  MGLR Glide solves the problems of the oval chainring simply. Now, the oval chainring will be popular and the price should be lower.  We aim to this goal with MGLR Glide. DOVAL is not the item that fits somebody but doesn't fit others. Instead, those who do not fit are wrong! You must think you are wrong first! Just think that the oval chainring is wrong! Then, you will give up being a human and can become a beast.
