Very Fine: A note showing distinct signs of wear although the paper will be reasonably crisp. Numerous light folds or even 1 or 2 heavy folds. Free from heavy soiling
Fine: The note will show soiling and heavy creasing and a number of small tears. Overall the note will be in a collectable condition although much of the colour and brightness has gone.
Very Good: The note will display major discolouration and staining as well as numerous and tears even pin holes
