We are always happy to help our buyers with any issues that may arise with orders, therefore we ask that you contact us before leaving feedback.
Candy Crystal offers returns or exchanges on any unsuitable items if they are returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are happy to refund the total cost of the item excluding postage costs. The customer is also required to pay the return postage cost for any items that are unsuitable.
We also offer refunds or replacements for any items that arrive damaged or faulty, photographic evidence may be requested in order to follow through with a Royal Mail claim where appropriate and if Candy Crystal does not request a return of the item. If a return is required we will be happy to refund / pay the postage cost to return to us.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalised/ customised products and earrings for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
When returning an item please email us in advance and remember to include your eBay ID and reason for return so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. |
