This is a listing for amazing fabulous custom designed Estate new Grandidierite diamond necklace, have not been worn out since custom made just stored at the bank vault. Did you see the huge about 263.65 ct natural earth mined unheated grandidierite, measuring 48.91x47.24x30.57 mm. Just look at the bluish green saturated color of the necklace. And the stone is transluscent. All natural earth mined Grandidierite and diamond and platinum choker pendant necklace. This is one of the most fabulous and elegant and high impact necklaces i have ever seen!! Custom Chistick design.The colors are simply splendid !!The matching earrings and bracelet and rings are sold in another listing. the diamonds are about G-H color, VS-S clarity, maximum fire. The Grandidierite is mounted in custom hand shaped silver baskets and prongs and set onto the solid custom hallmarked and tested Platinum. I prefer silver basket and prongs to rhodium, it is less hypoallergenic. I love the movement and fluidity of the necklace. Quite a fabulous unique piece if i may say so. total gemstone/diamond carat is about 563 or so cts. WOW!!

Grandidierite is a rare magnesium-aluminum borosilicate with a hardness of 7 to 7.5, that was named after explorer Alfred Grandidier. It was first discovered in southern Madagascar in 1902. Grandidierite has a fabulous blue green color. Transparent gemstone material is extremely rare and gemstone grandiderite are usually translucent to transparent. But clear transparent stones are very very rare and are prized by collectors
