Buyer Protections

Be aware that a shipping fee applies to replacement requests, or replacements can be conveniently included in your next order. Fish that are delivered dead on arrival on the allocated delivery date will be replaced by us and then sent out in the box with your next order, upon receipt of supporting photographs. Please only purchase from us if you are in agreement to have any replacement fish that are required, delivered in the box with your next order. These measures are in place to protect against potential misunderstandings.

Species Information

Many of our livestock are sold as young adults and, therefore, may not have reached their potential colors. After the buyer has paid, please note that we might take between 7 to 14 days to dispatch the fish. Between 3 to 5 days before delivery, we will inform you about the exact delivery date. If you've placed an order and haven't received a confirmation message, please note that dispatches are scheduled for next week, either on Tuesday or Wednesday.
